Natasha Fields
Natasha is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she studied Neuroscience, Psychology, and Spanish. With extremely dedicated interest and drive she pursues research in a field called psychoneuroimmunology, with a focus on stress.  Yoga found her in the fall of 2007 and since then has been a constant, prominent focus that has been fully integrated into her studies and her life. Throughout this time Natasha has had the honor to work with and learn from a range of brilliant teachers including Brent Bloom, Susi Amendola, Rolf Sovik,  Libba Harmon, and her students,  and looks forward to a future with many more. Natasha’s asana influences range from hatha, vinyasa, and powerstyles to yin yoga. This can readily be seen in her classes, an intriguing fusion of them all.
